Contractual matters
Project commandment date was fixed as 1st of Octobe Note
Bank guaranties were already submitted by sanken Note
Mr. Chithral stated that temporary insurance cover will
be expired on 30th of October 2017 and instructed to Sanken 27th of October
submit all insurance covers on or before 27th of
October
Following documents have to be submitted by sanken Sanken 27th of October
1. Organization Chart
2. Cash flow statement
3.Temperary facility arrangement layout
4.Project program with critical path
Decision was made to relocate temporary office
Sanken
facility for engineer and contractor in 8th floor

Mr. Chithral mentioned that nominated sub SCL/PROMEC/
contractors for MEP work were still not finalized and
It have to be finalized urgently SMAPL
Mr. Chithral instructed that contract agreement have before 15th of
SMAPL November
to be prepared to sign before 15th of October 2017 2017

Submittal (technical document)

Structural Engineer mentioned that following
technical document have to be submitted by sanken Sanken
before going to start concreting work
1. Method statement for concreting ,form work and r/f
2.Mixed design for concrete
SMAPL has requested all ISO formats from contractor
Sanken/SMAPL
for approval (RFI,Daily repot, Progress Report etc.)
Site Safety
Project safety issues were discussed, with the
following key points:
All must be worn at all times on jobsite including
(Hard Hats, Safety Glasses and High Visibility Vests or Sanken
T-shirts, Over the Ankle Work Boots) safety notice
boards must displayed at site

Mr. Chithral was mentioned that temporary decking,

netting and scaffolding work up to 9th floor have to
be completed before 2nd of November 2017 Sanken
Other Issues
Tower Crain and passenger lif
Sanken had mentioned that, ground clearance have to
be taken from relevant authority and Mr. Chiral had Sanken
requested to follow up to speed up it
Sanken had stated that foundation of passenger lif is
designing and checking whether ramp can carry
foundation load. Sanken
Design of project name board was finalized by all
parties .Location was also identified
Setting out work
Architect had given instruction to setting out work of
passenger lifs at ninth floor .Reference line have to
be taken from 7th floor lif level Sanken
Location of foundation stone laying was confirmed by
all parties.
MEP Meeting will be held on 27th October 2017 at
9.00am Note
Variation order
Sanken had submitted variation order 01 for security
SMAPL
room relocation work.
Temporary water and electricity connection was
applied from relevant authorities .But it is still
pending. Sanken
