APPOINTMENT LETTER

Dear Chaarush,
I am pleased to offer you the position of Sales Executive at Noida starting on 5th July, 2016. We look
forward to working with you in our organization on the following terms and conditions:

Placement and compensation

You will be placed at Noida and will be entitled to gross compensation of Rs 1,80,000 as will be
governed by the rules of the company.

Probation

You will be on probation for a period of three months. The probation can be extended at the
discretion of the management and you will continue to be on probation till and order of
confirmation has been issued in writing. However, either party can terminate this agreement by
giving 7 days notice during the probation and one month (30 days) on confirmation without
furnishing any specific reason.
Leave

You will be eligible to the benefits of the companys leave Rules on your confirmation in the
companys service.

Responsibilities and Duties

Your work in the organization will be subject to the rules and regulations of the organization as
laid down in relation to conduct discipline and other matters. You will always be alive to
responsibilities and duties attached to your office and conduct yourself accordingly. You must
effectively perform to ensure results. You will be required to comply with all such rules and
regulations by the company may frame from time to time.

Termination and employment

If any time in our opinion, which is final in this matter you are found non-performer or guilty of
fraud, dishonesty and disobedience, disorderly behavior, negligence, indiscipline, absence from
duty without permission, or any other conduct considered by us deterrent to our interest or of
violation of one or more terms of this letter, your services may be terminated without notice or
compensation and on account of reason of any of the acts of omission the company shall be entitled
to recover the damage from you.

Upon termination of employment you will immediately hand over to the Company all
correspondence, specifications, books, documents, market data, cost data, records belonging to the
company or related to its business and shall may be in your possession.
Incentives/Variables/Bonus/etc Post Resignation of services

Any incentives/variables/Bonuses are paid to employees for motivation and retention. Any of these
if not paid before resignation will be forfeited by the employee.

I have read the terms and conditions of this letter off appointment and confirm my acceptance of
the same.

Note:

It is expected that individual compensation package would not be shared with other
employees
The above compensation structure is subject to change without affecting emoluments
adversely.
