The Latin/Hispanic/Latino Inclusion Resource Group is very intriguing to me as

Hispanic blood runs in me and would love to contribute help. Spanish is my first
language and with that hopefully give them comfort in situations. Never have heard of
something like this and love the idea of the groups to help people of West Michigan.

Communication skills is a must in this career and have improve them through
being a student leader at Lee High School and a Color Guard Captain. Also problem-
solving and am a very flexible and adaptable person. Having lots of patients is also a
must and these are the skills that in my opinion go along with the occupation of Medical
Assistant. It would mean nothing more to me then to work a full-time job at spectrum
helping the people in need. It would be an honor to say that my job is at Spectrum. It
would be such an excitement to wake up every morning to go to work to do what I know
best and love the most. My personality has good communication skills and good at
problem-solving, very flexible, am an adaptable person and have lots of patients.

Thank you for taking some time out of your day to read my cover letter. Looking
