Re: HR Program Manager:

Hello, I am writing because I am interested in a human resource position you are hiring for, HR
program manager to be exact. I found this position as on the internet as I was searching for
possible openings at your company. I saw this listing and had to apply. I am a huge Microsoft
supporter and could never pass up an opportunity to be a part of such a great company. I am very
passionate about working with people and I am comfortable implementing changes that may be
need in a work place.

I live in the Bellevue area so I drive past the Microsoft building everyday on my day to work. I
am currently employed at Starbucks as a shift- supervisor, which is how I got introduced to
business and then to human resources. Everyday working at Starbucks I must assist my partners
with customer issues, as well as maintain standard and implement corporate changes as they are
passed down. I would really enjoy the opportunity to work for Microsoft, it is such a great
company and it would be a honor to be able to support the company staff as well as to implement
changes to benefit the company and its employees. What I feel separates me for the majority is
my overall passion to lead people and represent the staff as aa whole by bring organization and
unity. My work background may be limited but I give my all every single day in-order-to get the
job done to my best ability.

I want to thank you for taking the time to review this document, again the opportunity to work
for such strong and protonate company would be an honor. I truly believe that I fit in the
company because of what it represents as well as what I can bring to your HR team in terms of
knowledge at a sales level and at a management level.
