RE: SETTLEMENT OF MONIES OWINGTO THE BANK

Referring to your letter (GHC/GHCOSS/REM/PF 00121075) dated on 11 December 2015, I Kaithree A/P
Yarakeya would like to appeal for the settlement of monies owing to the bank.

2. For your kind information, my last day at MGCC was on 30 May 2015 which falls on Saturday
and the next day (31 May 2015) is Sunday. These two days is my non working day. Thus, Friday (29 May
2015) is my last official working day.

3. I aware that the last day on my resignation letter should be 31 May 2015 but I stated 30 May
2015 by expecting the exact last working day. So, I hope sir /madam can consider my appeal to write off
this matter/issue.

4. I really hope that this issue can be settled very soon by your kind consideration. Hoping to hear
