Job Responsibilities as a Relationship Manager


Assist branches in creating primary contact with the borrower;
Coordinate in collecting credit application/Proposal from different branches for new
customer and annual reviews of existing customers.
Coordinate in developing customer base through marketing and business
development efforts, including cross selling to existing customer base.
Provide efficient services to the SME customers by liaison between clients and Bank
Management.
Ensure that credit quality is maintained and customer reviews are completed in timely
manner. Assist the Branch in periodical supervision to review the appropriate
implementation of the credit after disbursement.
Coordinate and assist the concerned Branch in preparing business proposal and
customize facility structure depending on the business need so that smooth operation
of business is ensured.
Ensure facility risk grades are accurate, and are changed in a timely manner as soon
as adverse information is known.
Follow up with customers to ensure the timely receipt of financial statements, loan
repayments and all documentary requirements of the Bank.
Seek assistant from CRM at the earliest if adverse trends in a customer's financial
position are note.
Supervise preparing of various MIS for Management, Board and Regulatory bodies;
Assist branches for compliance with internal operational procedures and regulatory
requirements, and that all internal and external audit recommendations are
implemented.
Maintain continuous correspondence with SME customers and Make frequent visit to
the existing and prospective customers and prepare call reports.
Previous Job Responsibilities as a Credit Analyst

Assess risk, evaluate and process formal loan proposal related office note/credit memo and
EC/Board memo of the allocated Branches & submit before the approving authority.
Ensure that all approval related procedures are completed.
Liaise with Relationship Managers either at Branch or SME Center regarding the information
required to process loan proposal.
Prepare Sanction Advice.
Maintain Credit MIS.
Prepare & check CRG.
Review/revise risk grading of the customer from time to time based on the Collection Report
prepared by SME business team at Branch or SME Center.
Review Business Call Report as submitted by Relationship Managers through Branch.
Conduct periodic credit reviews on loan accounts held within Branch/SME Center to ensure
accounts are in order and as approved.
Develop and introduce new and innovative credit measures to improve quality of portfolio
such as negative checks, simplification of credit process to ensure workflow consistency
within credit approvals and high portfolio standards throughout SME financing.
Review the performance of the customer on Off-site Basis and prescribe appropriate remedial
measures, if required.
Supervise Women Entrepreneur financing.
