summer of 1966, Mrs. Terry indicated that she ‘became aware that her husband was having an affair
with Louise Pietrewicz of Cutchogue and in the fall of 1966 Boken brought her to the Lower Road
residence. Mrs. Terry state that Boken parked near the road and physically dragged Pietrowicz up
the driveway to the house so she could use the bathroom. Mrs. Terry recalled that she thought

you will end up in the basement like the other bitch”. Mrs. Terry was unsure if it was a slip of the
tongue or an empty threat just made to scare her. As a result of this incident a police report was
filed and Boken was arrested by the Suffolk County Police Department. Mrs. Terry indicated in the
time leading up to the Boken’s arrest he was aware that the police were coming for him and placed
guns in several closets as if he was preparing for a fight.
At the conclusion of the interview the undersigned Detective requested that Mrs. Terry draw a
diagram of the basement of her former residence on Lower Road in Southold. Mrs. Terry described
the basement as having approximately half of the floor covered in concrete and the other half was
