AND LANDSCAPE [GUANGZHOU, PRC] DESIGNER Gemdale Corporate Headquarters, Shenzhen, PRC Sunshine Insurance Group Headquarters, Guangdong Province, PRC Golf Residential Development, Shandong Province, PRC Taichung Gateway Park, Taichung, Taiwan (Competiition) THE METROPOLITAN MUSEUM OF ART/ACHVA BENZINBERG STEIN [NEW YORK] DESIGN DEVELOPMENT AND RESEARCH I collaborated with the consulting historian and principal designer on the design of a 15th century Moroccan residential courtyard reconstruction for permanent installation in the Islamic wing at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. MICHAEL SORKIN STUDIO/ACHVA BENZINBERG STEIN & ASSOCIATES [NEW YORK] RESEARCH AND VISUALIZATION I collaborated with this team of Urban Designers, Architects and Landscape Architects, on two projects: a competition for a masterplan of a new city in the Hubei Province of China and a proposal for a residential Development in the Bodrum Iasos region of Turkey. While quite different in scale, both proposals emphasized an ecologically sensitive and region specific approach to development.

FOX PLAYGROUND RENOVATION [BRONX, NEW YORK] DESIGN CONSULTANT Working in collaboration with an alliance of non-profit organizations and community activists, my group generated the design for the renovation of a neighborhood park in the South Bronx. As spokesperson for the design group I lead community design charettes and presentations in meetings with stakeholders and government officials in which we secured $2 million in funding for the project. CITY COLLEGE ARCHITECTURAL CENTER/HERITAGE HEALTH & HOUSING [NEW YORK] PROJECT LEADER/DESIGNER I managed the design and creation of exhibition materials promoting proposed streetscape improvements for the Heritage Mile District in West Harlem, New York. The exhibition featured the construction of a twenty-two-foot long scale model of the entire mile-long district.
