- Remove rocker arm, push rod, bridge valve & injector valve
- Remove cylonder head no. 1 - 6
- Remove lub oil cooler
- Remove Suction & exhaust valve

15/10/2014 - Clean cover, case & core fresh water cooler

- Clean cover, case & core air cooler
- Clean cylinder head no. 1 - 6
- Clean cover case & core lub oil cooler
- Clean engine block
- Clean suction & exhaust manifold
- Clean bonet,push rod, rocker arm & bridge valve
- Valve lapping

16/10/2014 - Plug and raft fresh water cooler

- Plug and raft air cooler
- Measure exhaust & suction valve
- Plug valve steam seal
- Raft and plug cylinder head no. 1 - 6
- Tie cylinder head with torque 44 kg/cm
- Plug push rod, bridge & rocker arm
- Plug Suction & exhaust manifold

17/10/2014 - Clean turbocharger

- Plug the fuel pipe
- Plug zinc anti-corrosive
* The are welding in the engine room
For a while the job is stopped

- Test preassure injector no. 1 - 6
- Adjust pressure injector at a preassure 31,0 Mpa

22/10/2014 - Plug injector no. 1 - 6

- Check clearence turbo charger
- Plug sea water pipe & fresh water pipe

23/10/2014 - Check sea water pump

- Replace sea wter pump impeller
- Clean engin oil crankcase
- Clean filters turbo charger
- Plug filters turbo charger

17/10/2014 - Remove cylonder head no. 1 - 6

- Remove lub oil cooler
- Remove Suction & exhaust valve
- Clean engine block
* The are welding in the engine room
For a while the job is stopped

18/10/2014 - Clean cover, case & core fresh water cooler

- Clean cover, case & core air cooler
- Clean cylinder head no. 1 - 6
- Clean cover case & core lub oil cooler
- Clean exhaust manifold
- Clean bonet,push rod, rocker arm & bridge valve
- Valve lapping
* The are welding in the engine room and Balasting on the deck
For a while the job is stopped

19/10/2014 - Continuing valve lapping

- Measure exhaust & suction valve
- Clean suction manifold
* The are welding in the engine room and Balasting on the deck
