GTL Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is a sister company located in Nepal and working as vendor for various
operator in Nepal. It has been working as Managed service provider and Roll out projects of
GSM operator Ncell private Ltd.

Aside from Nepal, GTL core service offerings revolve around Networks and Network related
services - for Utilities, Telecom service providers and OEMs.

In the telecom segment the company provides Network Services to Telecom Operators,
OEMs and Tower Companies.

GTL achieved total income of Rs. 1826.74 Cr. (US$ 274.87 Mn.) for the FY 2015-16. The
company is serving the leading service providers and utilities across Asia Pacific, Europe and
Middle East.

Network Migration, and Expansion Considerations and incorporates them into the planning
