Enerpac high tonnage double acting hydraulic cylinders are designed specifically for heavy lifting up to 1,000 tons
Double-acting, for positive retraction
Integral stop ring provides piston blow-out protection
Safety valve in retract side of cylinder helps to prevent damage in case of accidental over-pressurization
Plunger wiper reduces contamination, extending cylinder life
CR-400 coupler and dust cap included on all models
Baked enamel finish and plated pistons provide superior corrosion resistance.

Lifting a Historic Building for Renovation [2]

39 CLRG-Series double-acting hydraulic jacks, controlled by a 16-point SyncLift
system, were used to synchronously lift the building 3.4 meters onto pylons for
foundation repair.

Installation of Tidal Turbines on the Eastern Scheldt Storm Surge Barrier [3]
Custom 400 ton double-acting CLRG hydraulic cylinders applied a precise amount of
tension to mount the structure securely on the storm surge barrier.

Lift and Weigh of a Jack-Up Rig Cantilever and Drill Floor [4]
The EVO-W Series system, which included two 600 tonne and two 200 tonne CLRG
hydraulic cylinders, lifted the cantilever and drill floor a total of a few millimeters over
multiple increments. Once lifted, the EVO-W weighing feature, monitored, calculated,
and recorded the exact weight during the lift.

Repairing a Buildings Foundation after an Earthquake [5]

To safely lift the building for repair, 22 CLRG-Series high tonnage hydraulic cylinders
were installed in steel stools connected to the building's foundation. Draw wire stroke
sensors attached to each lifting position provided displacement information and
maintained synchronous accuracy of all positons to less than 1 mm.

Lifting a 600 ton Coker for Base Repair Maintenance [6]
In order to perform the base repair maintenance the
massive vessel needed to be lifted approximately 100
mm. The lift system included eight CLRG high tonnage
hydraulic cylinders with stroke sensors and an EVO
Synchronous Lift System.

Tunnel Boring Machine Launched with EVO Synchronous Lifting System [7]
EVO system controls ten 600 ton cylinders with internal stroke sensors to lower and tilt
the 3,600 ton tunnel boring machine into starting position, before pushing forward to
begin tunneling.

Flood control system installed using lift system with high
tonnage jacks [8]
Double-acting cylinders were used in sets of four to
control lifting each Fusegate. Powered by a ZE 700
bar electric pump, the eight fuse gates were lifted a
total of 325mm to remove prefabricated steel forms
[8] used for the base chamber cavities.
