Chopped Salad – Mixed greens with broccoli, cauli-
flower, eggs, tomatoes, bacon, Maytag bleu cheese,
tossed in mustard vinaigrette and topped with a fresh

Southwest Chicken Salad - Mixed greens tossed in a
cowboy ranch dressing and topped with chicken
fried chicken, country bacon, spicy pecans, white
cheddar, tomatoes and drizzled with a chipotle BBQ

Salmon Salad* – Mixed greens tossed in citrus vinai-
grette and topped with jicama, bell peppers, peanuts,
tortilla straws and finished with fresh grilled

Pizza & Salad Combo – A smaller version of our hand-
made pizzas and a house salad with your choice of
