where normal concrete cannot be used, especially in earthquake

prone areas and for the structures which will have continuous
vibratory loads such as railway bridges with an optimum
replacement of quartz sand with graded aggregate by 40%. As
there is gradual increase in Flexural Strength and economical
when compared with steel, so steel can be replaced by MRPC
in few cases.
