MIND:Becomeawareofthemaletetrahedron(theapexfacinguptothesun,thepoint
facingtothefrontformale,thepointtothebackforfemales)lledwiththebrilliantwhite
lightsurroundingyourbody.Visualizeitthebestyoucan.Ifyoucannotvisualizeit,senseor
feelitsurroundingyou.

BODY:Atthesamemomentofinhala on,placeyourhandsinthemudraofyourthumbandrstngertouching.Remember,

BREATH:Atthissamemoment,withemptylungs,begintobreathinacompleteyogicmanner.Breathethroughyournostrils
only,exceptatcertainplaceswhichwillbedescribed.Simplyput,breathfromyourstomachrst,thenyourdiaphragm,and
nallyyourchest.Dothisinonemovement,notthreeparts.Theexhaleiscompletedeitherbyholdingthechestrmand
relaxingthestomach,slowlyreleasingtheair,orbyholdingthestomachrmandrelaxingthechest.Themostimportantaspect
isthatthisbreathingmustberhythmic.Beginbyusingsevensecondsinandsevensecondsout,butasyougetfamiliarwith
thismedita on,ndyourownrhythm.Thefollowinginstruc onsforacompleteYogicBreatharefrom"theHinduYogiScience
ofBreath"byYogiRamacharake.Perhapsthisdescrip onwillbehelpful.(Breathingthroughthenostrils,inhalesteadily,rst
llingthelowerpartofthelungs,whichisaccomplishedbybringingintoplaythediaphragm,whichdescendingexertsagentle
pressureontheabdominalorgans,pushingforwardthefrontwallsoftheabdomen.Thenllthemiddlepartofthelungs,
pushingoutthelowerribs,breastboneandchest.Thenllthehigherpor onofthelungs,protrudingtheupperchest,thus
li ingthechest,includingtheuppersixorevenpairsofribs.Atrstreadingitmayappearthatthisbreathconsistsofthree
dis nctmovements.This,however,isnotthecorrectidea.Theinhala oniscon nuous,theen rechestcavityfromthe
lowereddiaphragmtothehighestpointofthechestintheregionofthecollarbone,beingexpandedwithauniform
movement.Avoidajerkyseriesofinhala ons,andstrivetoa ainasteadycon nuousac on.Prac cewillsoonovercomethe
tendencytodividetheinhala onintothreemovements,andwillresultinauniformcon nuousbreath.Youwillbeableto

PULSE
MIND:Beawareoftheatequilateraltriangleatthetopofthefemaletetrahedronlocatedinthehorizontalplanethatpasses
throughyourchestatthesternum.Inaash,andwithapulselikeenergy,sendthattriangularplanedownthroughthefemale
tetrahedron.Itgetssmallerasitgoesdownandpushesoutthe porapexofthetetrahedronallthenega veenergyofthe
mudraorelectricalcircuit,alightwillshootoutoftheapextowardthecenteroftheEarth.TheMindexerciseisperformed
alongwiththefollowingbodymovements.
BODY:Moveyoureyesslightlytowardeachother,or,inotherwords,slightlycrossyoureyes.Nowbringthemuptothetopof
theirsockets,orinotherwords,lookup.Also,thislookingupmo onshouldnotbeextreme.Youwillfeela nglingfeeling
betweenyoureyesintheareaofyourthirdeye.Youcannowlookdowntothelowestpointyoucan,asfastasyoucan.You
shouldfeelanelectricalsensa onmovedownyourspine.TheMINDandBODYmustcoordinatetheabovementalexercise
withtheeyemovements.Theeyeslookdownfromtheirupposi onatthesame methemindseesthetriangularhorizontal
planeofthefemaletetrahedronmovedowntotheapexofthefemaletetrahedron.Thiscombinedexercisewillcleanoutthe
nega vethoughtsandfeelingsthathaveenteredintoyourelectricalsystem.Specically,itwillcleanoutthepartofyour
electricalsystemthatisassociatedwiththepar cularmudrayouareusing.Immediatelyuponpulsingtheenergydownyour

MIND:Visualizeorsensethetuberunningthroughyourbody.Theinstantyoubeginthe
seventhinhale,seethebrilliantwhitelightofthepranamovingdownthetubefromthetop
andupthetubefromthebo omatthesame me.Thismovementisalmostinstantaneous.
Thepointwherethesetwolightbeamsmeetwithinyourbodyiscontrolledbythemindand
isavastscienceknownthroughouttheuniverse.Inthisteachinghowever,wewillonlybe
shownwhatisnecessary,thatwhichwilltakeyoufromthirdtofourthdimensional
awareness.Inthiscaseyouwilldirectthetwobeamsofpranatomeetatyournavel,ormore
correct,withinyourbodyatnavellevel,insidethetube.Themomentthetwobeamsofprana
meet,whichisjustastheinhalebegins,asphereofwhitelightorpranaisformedatthe

on.Theowofpranafromthetwopoleswillnotstoporchangeinanywaywhenyougofrominhaletoexhale.Itwillbea
con nuousowthatwillnotstopforalongasyoubreathinthismanner,evena erdeath.
Breath#Seven:Exhale
MIND:Thepranaspherecenteredatthenavelcon nuestogrow.Bythe meofthefull
exhale,thepranaspherewillbeapproximatelyeightornineinchesindiameter.
BREATH:Donotforcetheairoutofyourlungs.Whenyourlungsareemptynaturally,
immediatelybeginthenextbreath.

thisbreath.Thismaximumsizeisdierentforeachperson.Ifyouputyourlongestngerin
thecenterofyournavel,thelineonyourwristdeningyourhandwillshowyoutheradiusof
themaximumsizeofthissphereforYOU.Thissphereofpranacannotgrowlarger.
Breath#Nine:Inhale
MIND:Thepranaspherecannotgrowlarger,sowhathappensisthepranabeginsto
concentratewithinthesphere.ThevisualappearanceisthatthespheregrowsBRIGHTER.

spherereachescri calmass.Thesphereignitesintoasun,abrilliantblindingballofwhite
light.Youarenowreadyforthenextstep.
Breath#Ten:Exhale
MIND:Atthemomentofexhale,thesmallspheretwohandlengthsin
diameterbulgestoexpand.Inonesecond,combinedwiththebreathtalked
aboutbelow,thesphereexpandsquicklyouttothesphereofLeonardo,out
atyournger psofyourextendedarms.Yourbodyisnowcompletely
enclosedwithinahugesphereofbrilliantwhitelight.Youhavereturnedto
theancientformofsphericalbreathing.However,atthispoint,thissphereis
notstable.YouMUSTbreaththreemore mestokeepthespherestable.
BREATH:Atthemomentofexhale,makeasmallholewithyourlipsand
blowoutyourairwithpressure.Asyoufeelthespherebegintobulge,all

MIND:Ontheinhaleofthe14thbreath,attheverybeginningofthebreath,
movethepointwherethetwobeamsofpranameetfromthenaveltothe
sternum,thefourthdimensionalchakra.Theen relargesphere,alongwith
theoriginalsphere,whichisalsos llcontainedwithinthelargesphere,
movesuptothenewmee ngpointwithinthetube.Thoughthisisveryeasy
todo,itisanextremelypowerfulmovement.Breathingfromthisnewpoint
withinthetubewillinevitablychangeyourawarenessfromthirdtofourth
dimensionalconsciousness,orfromearthconsciousnesstoChrist
consciousness.Itwilltakeawhile,butasIhavesaid,itisinevitable.
BODY:Thismudrawillbeusedfortherestofthemedita on.Placethele
