The compact high-rigidity frame assures the detection of sudden changes to materials
and high-precision test force measurement.

High-speed data sampling to achieve true values

The ultrahigh-speed sampling at 1.25msec intervals (for 25
seconds) allows highly accurate measurement of the test
force in the elastic and break regions to detect any changes
in the materials during the test. This function is particularly Test force
effective for ceramics and highly rigid new materials.
The speed of the ultrahigh-speed sampling can be selected
from 1.25msec to 5msec.
With normal sampling at 10msec, it is possible to set the
sampling intervals by test force and displacement, which are
effective for the relaxation and creep tests respectively.
The time is set in 50msec intervals for 50msec, 100msec,
150msec, with 10msec as the highest setting. The test force
and displacement intervals can be set using any user-
defined values, such as at 1N intervals and at 0.1mm inter-

Extensions to the main unit
Wide-type series Large capacity series
Models with wider effective test width (975, 1100, and 1375mm) Models with the maximum capacity of 1000kN, 600kN, 500kN and
than the standard type (575mm) are also available for testing large- 300kN are also available for large-capacity testing conducted in
size actual object specimens. (Floor type only) heavy industry fields such as steel, construction and shipbuilding.
These are customized upon request.
Reinforced yoke series
Use this series when conducting tests between the crosshead and Extended column models
yoke. Models with extended columns (clearance between the yoke and
table extended by 250mm, 500mm, and 750mm) are also available.
Ultralow-speed crosshead model These are useful for testing with long tensile strokes.
The crosshead speed can be widened to an extremely low speed.
Ultralow-speed model
Speed range 0.00005 to 1000
(mm/min) (up to 500 with 250kN model)
