Configuration Tool and Assigning IP for the NVR, Camera 1 & Camera 2:

1. Install Config Tool: "General_ConfigTool_ChnEng_V4.05.0.R.20161215.exe" from Software folder

2. Connect the PC to the NVR, do not connect any camera to the NVR yet.
3. Config your network PC adoptor to Ip =192.168.1.50 subnet =255.255.255.0 Default Gateway= 192.168.1.1
4. Open Config Tool it should detect the NVR now.

5. If not, Open Network connections window and make sure all network connections are off except local
connection
6. Click on E to open the NVR interface

7. Internet Explorer will be open, Then Click Install, Allowing installation of Active X installation.
8. Click F5 to refresh your browser, New windows will Apear, Click run to install the web Plugin

9. Enter The user name and password, Default user name is admin Default Password admin

10. Whenever you will be asked to enter the password click Cancel Do not change the password
11. Click on Config

12. Click config backup", Click config import, Click Config import
13. Browse to the file: "NVR PRFL 31.12.16.backup" on the PROFILES folder

14. Click on Yes

15. The NVR will Reset

16. Open the Config tool, detect the NVR, it will appear as different IP
17. Click on edit button, and change the IP according to the correct NVR ip of the site under installation using "IP
Addressing Security (DISTRIBUCION ,DISTRITAL).xlsx" file
18. Type the unique IP that is assigned to the NVR (from the table above), Mask and Gateway, and click OK

16 . Click Refresh until the NVR will appear with new new address, This may take up to 1 minute.

19. Change your PC IP address to be in the same network as the NVR (but different ending)
20. Refresh again and login to the NVR

21. After login to the NVR, click on SETUP -> REMOTE, below there are 2 camras , both of them are in disconnect
status.
22. Connect indoor camera to the NVR, go to config-tool and click on refresh, then the camera will appear. Change
the camera ip to the right ip.

23. Change the camera ip, it should appear now as active

24. Connect camera 2 to the NVR and follow steps: 19-20, please make sure both cameras are status online

25. Click on Setup, Click Setting ,Click General

26. Change the XXXX to the real site number

27. Click Setup , Click General & replace the device name (XXXX) with the Site Number .
28. Click on Preview, to watch live viedoes from both camera
