Tasks
- In this position, you competently support Sales, Project Management and Supply Chain Management concerning the drafting,
interpretation and handling of contracts
- This includes the confident assistance as a reliable contract and claim manager during project execution of these segments
- With your expertise, you analyze and comment contracts, you detect and evaluate legal and commercial risks and you implement
adequate risk mitigation actions
- We can rely on your energetic participation, when it comes to contract negotiations in order to protect ABBs business interests or
claim resolutions
- In addition, you skillfully provide the legal and commercial support within the ABB risk review process
- You are the right contact person for questions related to export financing as well as export risk insurance, bank guarantees, letters
of credits, insurances and taxes
- By acting as a facilitator with corresponding Group Functions, you convince us with your excellence
- Finally, as a trainer in ABB-internal trainings on legal, commercial and integrity matters, you further develop the potential of your
colleagues

Requirements
- Law degree or an equivalent university degree
- In addition, you bring more than 3 years of experience in the industry and project business
- Well-founded knowledge and expertise in contract management, commercial risk management and ideally claim management
- Furthermore, you can also revert to profound know-how in the field of Compliance and Integrity
- You are fluent in English and German, both verbal and written, French an advantage
