AFFIDAVIT OF NO IMPROVEMENT

I, FAUSTINO LAMONAY, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married to ELENA S.

LAMONAY and a resident of Davao City, Philippines, after being duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and say that:

1. I am the owner of a parcel of land covered by Original Certificate of Title

No. CARP-2016000515, located at Tawantawan, Baguio District, Davao
City, Philippines, containing an area of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND
FOUR HUNDRED ELEVEN (25,411) SQUARE METERS, more or less;

2. The above mentioned parcel of land has no improvement of any kind

introduced thereon;

3. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and

apprise the Bureau of Internal Revenue, the City Assessors Office, the City
Treasurers Office, as well as all other governmental entities charged with
the regulation of improvements on real properties of such fact, and for
whatever other legal purposes this affidavit may serve.
