drawing a picture or running a race. It only matters how you feel about it. Write a short story about one of your
favorite experiences.
Once I won a race when I was about 5 and everyone got scared by the gun sound but I was the one that
ended up winning and this made me proud
The day that I made varsity as a freshman, this made me so happy because it wasnt as popular for
freshman to make varsity teams with our old coach so it was an accomplishment
The day that I got baptized, when I was 9 I got baptized and this day changed my life and it made me
who I am today.
I am proud of my job because I get to see so many kids grow up and so many mile stones in their life.
I also go to Nicaragua every year for a mission trip which I am proud of because it is life changing
seeing the people of Nicaragua so happy when we get there and getting to be the light to them and seeing the
way they live.

One of my favorite experiences would be the first time I went to Nicaragua. When I first went it really showed
me how spoiled we are in America and how some people dont have all the stuff but they take the best of it and
they make everything fun. It was just something that I will never forget it.

The Core IT Services team is searching for a manager of the B2B (Business to Business) platform and integrations team. In this role, the manag
managing a Kanban Agile team of 14-16 employees who are distributed across the country, with the primary location in Dover, NH.

B2B is a file processing platform that ensures data is securely transferred between internal LM application teams and external trading partners.

About the job:

Manages an application, software development unit and/or portfolio of applications and ensures system, technical and product architec
business objectives.
Ensures application or portfolio of applications are enhanced and maintained to meet business functional need and vendor product main
Oversees the development, implementation and execution of project plans; ensures scope and schedule are established for projects and
Works with customers and technical staff to ensure service level agreements are met, problems are resolved in a timely manner, applica

Desired Skills:

Bachelors or Masters Degree in technical or business discipline or related experience required.

At least five years and typically eight or more years of experience with 3 years in a leadership role preferred.
Requires excellent analytical ability, consultative, communication, presentation and management skills, strong judgment and ability to
clients, IT management and staff.
Requires strong negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills
In-depth knowledge of project planning methodologies and tools and IT standards and guidelines; knowledge of management concepts,
In-depth knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, and methodologies; thorough knowledge of business functions and operations, objective
Experience with JIRA, MS Office and Slack
Knowledge of Spring, React, Angular would be helpful
