TITLE OF OJT :

PROMOTION OF COACH ME GURU WEBSITE THROUGH SOCIAL


MEDIA

TARGETS AND ACHIEVEMENTS:

Provide true value to customers by understanding them and their challenges


and then providing the solutions to overcome their challenges. They are
filling the gap between the corporates and customer by bringing in various
marketing services that would not only bring great returns to company but
also satisfy the customer wants and needs. This will ensure that the company
builds a long term profitable relationship with the customers

LEARNING OUTCOMES:

Creating Rapport according to the Customer.


Confidence and Communication Skills are developed.
Should be aware of company and Product before Visiting.
Team work at work field.
Learned the importance of discipline and punctuality.

LIMITATIONS:

This study is confined to the institutes located in Hyderabad and


Secunderabad only.
The main constrains of my internship program is the time limitation.
40-45 days period is inadequate to have depth knowledge about
industry standards.

2012. It is classified as Non-govt company and is registered at Registrar of
Companies, Hyderabad. Guttula Marketing Pvt Ltd was founded by esteem
Chairman G.S.R.Murthy and Director and CEO G.M.Prashanth with a strong
vision to bridge the gap between corporates and customer and make the entire
chain of product development to end user, seamless. They derive value added
products and services through their relentless focus on the end customer
needs and best possible ways to deliver brand experience. They offer our
marketing services online as well as offline. Its authorized share capital is Rs.
100,000 and its paid up capital is Rs. 100,000.It is inolved in Wholesale on a
fee or contract basis. [Includes commission agents, commodity brokers and
auctioneers and all other wholesalers who trade on behalf and on the account
of others. Activities of self employed auctioneers are included in 74991.] It is
a Marketing firm co-founded by MR.Prashanth along with G.S.R.Murthy to
deliver best in the class marketing services to corporates as well as
customers.
Marketing Plays very important role in running business very successfully. To
successfully market Provide true value to customers by understanding them
and their challenges and then providing the solutions to overcome their
challenges
They create bridge the gap between the corporates and customer by bringing
in various marketing services that would not only bring great returns to
company but also bring but also bring true value to customer

The prime moto of company is to bridge the gap between customers and
companies and bring true value. Currently they are handling products in
chemicals and would be adding products in electronics in near future.

GURU.COM. Here is the SWOT Analysis.

STRENGTHS of this department are its an unique platform where there


is an huge market demand and this company is getting income from the
vijaya engineers so its not that risky to perform the required actions in
this department.

WEAKNESS is that there is no required employees in this department


and that effects the growth period of the company, Only
G.M.PRASHANTH is dealing with this department there will be less
establishment in the market and till the interns come there is no
promotion action to this department.

OPPORTUNITIES are like it has a great opportunity to establish in the


market as it is dealing especially with the training institutes and it helps
the company to establish in the market.

THREATS are like it has a huge competetion in the market like JUST
DIAL,SULEKHA,YELLO PAGES,URBAN PRO etc.,which were
already established in the market.

So the above few are the details of the SWOT ANALYSIS of this
company.
Chapter II - Review of Literature

Coaching Classes have become as important and necessary as schools these


days. You will rarely see a kid taking up something without the help of
coaching be it studying, learning a musical instrument or playing sports.
Coaching classes are a trend in India and especially when it comes to the
field of education. But are they just that a trend? Or is our education system
failing us and coaching institutes filling up the gap? Read on the story of the
birth of coaching classes and whether they are a need or a trend.

Coaching Classes in India

As per the 2011 population census, more than 480 million Indians are in the
age group of 0-19 years. They are a huge asset to our country as their
youthful energy can be used to transform India from a developing to a
developed country the dream of Late A.P.J. Abdul Kalam that is shared by
millions. But we need a system where the potential of youth can be explored
for the good of the society. For this to happen, we require a holistic
educational policy and infrastructure, which can meet the needs our big
population, where no child is left behind or unattended. This sentiment
mainly was the reason behind the birth of coaching classes.
Chapter III -Research Methodology

SCOPE OF STUDY:
The general scope of user satisfaction of manpower recruitment whether the
candidates are satisfied with requirement provided by a company.
Specifically, the scope is to provide a job for the candidate and their
satisfaction
OBJECTIVES OF STUDY:
1. Assessing the quality of the recruitment services provided by the
company
2. Rating the recruitment process followed by the company
3. Develop and prepare a pool of talents to meet future business
requirements
4. To understand the expectation and recruitments of the customers
5. To recruit and retain prospective candidates to the organization

DATA COLLECTION:

PRIMARY DATA:
The primary data is collected through survey method by distributing the
questionnaires to candidate who came to the interview. The questionnaires
were carefully designed by taking into the account the parameters of my
study
SECONDARY DATA :
Data was collected by from magazines, websites, going through the records
organization etc.it is a data which was been collected by individuals and
candidates who attendend interview for the purpose of other than those of
our particulars research study. or in the other words we can say that
secondary data is the data used for previously for the analysis and the results
are under then for the next process

SAMPLING SIZE:These samples were selected based on stratified


sampling. A survey was conducted drawing 50 samples of the company

SAMPLING TECHNIQUES:
The knowledge of actual satisfaction of the candidate after the interview
process in needed to document the process and suggest improvement in a
current system to make it more affective the tools used to carry descriptive
study including both monitoring and interrogation

Chapter IV -Data Analysis

DATA COLLECTION : This Study has been mainly on primary data. For this
purpose the Questionnaire consisting of 13 Questions has been followed.
Chapter V- Findings &Conclusions

Findings:
From the entire study, the following findings are made

There are many Coaching Institutes in Hyderabad which offer different


courses.
Some of the Institutes are not aware of the Coach Me Guru Website.
Students who prefer Coaching Institutes are huge in number in the
state.
There is a huge demand for Coaching Institutes.

Conclusion's:

Coaching Classes have become as important and necessary as schools these days.
We will rarely see a kid taking up something without the help of coaching be it
studying, learning a musical instrument or playing sports. Coaching classes are a
trend in India and especially when it comes to the field of education.
