GRX Token ICO Manual

A total of 12,500,000 GRX tokens (inclusive of bonuses) will be

issued during the ICO distributed over 3 Rounds using the schedule
below.

 In order to ensure a smooth experience and to protect the
investment of every participant the following guideline should
be adhered to

1. ICO begins 28th OCT, 2017 12:00AM UTC and will last for a
period of 4 weeks or until a total of 12,500,000 GRX (bonus
inclusive) has been offered, whichever comes first.

2. There will be 3 rounds conducted according to the schedule

in the ICO Timetable above.

3. In view of the upcoming Bitcoin Hard fork, slight modification

may be necessary. Any modification in schedule will be
communicated appropriately.

4. Contribution will be a continuous process to avoid server

overload associated with timed contributions.

5. PRICE:

ICO Round 1: 1 GRX = $0.76

ICO Round 2: 1 GRX = $0.86

ICO Round 3: 1 GRX = $0.96

6. Daily purchase limits will be applied to prevent hoarding and

dumping of GRX.
7. Investors must provide an ERC20 compatible wallet address
to be able to receive GRX. Examples include myetherwallet,
parity wallet, imtoken wallet.

8. Purchase methods accepted ETH and BTC

9. For ETH contributions:

You are advised to set fees as follows

GWEI: 60

GAS LIMIT: 200,000

PAYMENT OF ETH MUST BE FROM THE ERC20 WALLET
ADDRESS INTENDED TO RECEIVE GRX TOKENS
10. For BTC contributions: Payments MUST BE THE EXACT
amount of BTC in the order form.

11. Contributions will be confirmed automatically on the

respective blockchain.

12. Tokens purchased during the Presale and ICO cannot be

transferred or traded until the end of the ICO when all tokens
will be made transferable. However, your ERC20 wallet is
credited with GRX as soon as contributions are confirmed.

13. Contributions made after the Hard Cap is reached will be

return to the sending address.

14. DO NOT SEND FUNDS (BTC OR ETH) FROM

EXCHANGES AS THIS MAY LEAD TO LOSS OF FUNDS
AND WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS.

15. Please follow these instructions to view your GRX balance
in MEW:
1. Visit MEW (www.myetherwallet.com) and go to the
View Wallet Info page
2. Click Add Custom Token
3. Enter the contract address
(0x219218f117DC9348b358b8471c55A073E5e0dA0b)
and number of decimals (18)
4. Add the token symbol (GRX)
5. Click Save

GRX can be added to watchlist of other ERC20 addresses in

similar fashion as above
