DEFINITION AND INTERPRETATION

GUIDANCE NOTES FOR NHS STAFF

1.) This condition, which overlaps with section ____ of the Sale of Goods Act ____, requires that the goods meet their specification.
The specification is a most important feature; the more accurately it is described, the tighter the contractual relationship that is
entered into.

2.) The (side A) will work in harmony with the terms of the Act and will cover the (side B) for whichever claims which arise from the
(side A)s breach.

3.) The (side A) will not incur liabilities or obligations or make whichever representations on behalf of the (side B).

CLAUSES
1.) Clause ____ provides that failure by either side to insist on absolute compliance with a contract term does not amount to
acceptance of whichever breach of a contract term.
