Johns Hopkins USA Manager, Medical Concierge Team 2009 to Present
Currently managing fifteen staff members, and overseeing their day to day activities. This group schedules over 3,000
appointments per year
Assist and meet with JHM staff and administrators to form and cultivate working relationships
Establish relationships with outside referral sources, for HUSA to assist with patient referrals to JHM
Monitor divisions budget and meets annually with our finance division to determine each years budget for staffing and
spending
Partner with the Johns Hopkins Department of Marketing with campaign initiatives for out of state regions
Recruit and hire all new staff members for this team. Over the past 3 years, mentor summer interns, helping them develop
personally and professionally; Facilitating 90 day and annual performance evaluations for all staff members.
