This Legal form of document issued on concerning (side A _____________) as the (Contractor) and (side B _____________) as the

(Authority), hereby understand by The two concern sides.

Now, therefore, in contemplation of the abovementioned and the communal benefits contained herein, the concern sides hereto
agree as follows:

DEFINITION AND INTERPRETATION

"(side A)" refers the provider of the Services pursuant to the Contract.

PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES
The (side A) shall provide information in a format, medium and at times specified by the (side B), related to the performance of the
Services as may be reasonably needed.

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT
The (side A) shall at its own expense re-perform the Services in question with no additional remuneration therefore within such time
as the (side B) or whichever Beneficiary may reasonably specify failing which the (side B) or whichever Beneficiary shall be entitled
to procure performance of the defective Services from a third side or to execute the tasks in question itself.

CONTRACT PRICE AND PAYMENTS

Where the performance of the (side A) does not meet the needed standard then a deduction as set out in the Specification or as
agreed by the concern sides may be made.

AUTHORIZED OFFICERS
The (side A) shall decline from providing the Services to whichever of the (side B)s or Beneficiarys staff who are not Authorized
Officers.

EMPLOYEES
The (side A) will employ sufficient employees to guarantee that all of the Services are provided at all times and in all respects in
complete conformity with the Specification. This will include, but not be limited to, the (side A) providing a sufficient reserve of
trained and competent staff to provide the Services during staff holidays or absence due to sickness or voluntary absence.

CONTROL AND SUPERVISION OF STAFF

whichever notice, information, instruction or other communication given or made to the Contract Manager shall be deemed to have
been given or made to the (side A).

The Concern Parties agree to the abovementioned listed legal conditions. In witness whereof, the concern sides hereto set their
hands as of the date first written above.
