The Company was incorporated as Ram Lal

Harbans Lal Limited under the provisions of the
Industry Pipes and Tubes
Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of
incorporation dated January 2, 1985, in Delhi.
Reg. Office New Delhi
Subsequently, Company changed its name to

Management Team Hi-Tech Pipes Limited vide fresh certificate of

incorporation dated October 15, 1986.
Name Designation
The journey started in late 1985 as M/S Ram Lal
Mr Ajay Kumar Bansal Managing Director
Harbans Lal Limited. Later the name of our
Mr Anish Bansal Chief Financial Officer company was changed to Hi-Tech Pipes Ltd
Ms Neelima Jain Independent Director (HPL). They started production in 1988 with
Ms Tanvi Kumar Independent Director manufacturing of MS pipes CR coils and strips in
1996 and as a measure of backward integration
installed Continuous Galvanizing Line in 2001. In
2012 set up another manufacturing unit to
manufacture steel tubes and hollow sections as
Shareholder Name (in Mar-17 Mar-16 second unit in Sikandrabad Industrial Area. It has
products like:-
