yourdeed,yourmortgagewasplacedinaTrust.TherearesomeDeedsthatactuallylistthenameofthetrust,yet

namesofsecuritizedpools(trusts)frequentlyinaformsimilartothisXMortgageSecurityAssetBackedPassThroughCertificatesSeries
200YZ,whereXisthenameoftheoriginallender,Yistheyearyougotyourloan,andZisthemonthyougotyourloan(Zmaybeupto
fourmonthsafteryougotyourloanasthetrustclosingdatemustbefundedwithin90daysofthetrustscutoffdatenotyourclosingdate.)

Ifyougettoomanyhits,narrowitdownabitbyaddingtoyoursearchtermsdifferentconfigurationsoftheyearandmonththatthetrust
closed.Theearliestthetrustcouldhaveclosedwouldbetheyearandmonthyougotyourloan.IfyougotyourloaninJanuary,2006,youwould
writeitlikethis:20061ortrythis:20061.Becausethetrustcouldcloseupto4monthslater,alsotryitlikethis:20062or20062and
20063or20063and20064or20064.Thewholeformatwouldlooksomethinglikethis:WellsFargo8k20062.Iftheloanwas
takenoutinDecember,2006,youwillsearchnotonly2006,but2007aswell.

Youwillseealonglistofthenamesofsecuritizedpoolsofloans.Youwillbelookingforallthenamesthataresimilartothenameofyour
originallender.Onceyoufindthem,yournextmustnarrowdownthesearchtotherighttimeperiodforyourloan.Ifthetrustcutoffdatefell
beforeyourloanwassigned,youvegotthewrongtrust.Becauseofthis,youcannotrelysimplyontheYandZdates.Youneedtodoasearch
withinthePSAforthecutoffdatetomakesureyouhavetherighttrust.Yourlendermayhavesecuritizedseveralpoolsofloanswithinashort
timeframe,sothefirstoneyoufindthatseemslikeamatchmaynotbecorrect.

Onceyoufindamatchormatcheswritedowntheirnamesandthedocumentnumbersassociatedwiththem(calledaCIK).Thenclickon
theCIK.Clickonthatnumber.TherewillbealistofdocumentsfiledwiththeSECthatarerelatedtothispoolofloans.Searchasyouscrolldown,
lookingforadocumenttitledProspectusandPoolingandServicingAgreement.Ifyoufindthem,savethemtoyourcomputerandalso
bookmarkthepageyoufoundthemon.Ifyoudontseeeitherofthese,gototheTableofContentsandsearchagain.

OnceyoufindyourPSA,youthenneedtocontacttheSECandrequestacertifiedcopyofit(alongwithacertifiedcopyofyourProspectusandProspectus
Supplement(ifasupplementexists).Youwillneedacertifiedcopybecausethatcertificationmakesitadmissibleintoevidenceifthedocumentisrelevant.
