2018 TOWN OF SARATOGA CALENDARS NOW ON
SALEM HOLY CROSS CATHOLIC CHURCH offers Mass
on Saturday at 4:30 PM and Sunday at 8:30 AM. All children are
welcomed to join in the Childrens Liturgy during Sunday Mass.
Weekly Communion Service is offered on Tuesday evening at 6
PM and on Thursday mornings at 8:30 AM. Wednesday Nov. 1 is
All Saints Day with Mass at St. Patricks at 8:30 AM and at Holy
Cross at 12 PM. Thursday, November 2 at Holy Cross, a Service
of Remembrance for All Souls Day will be held at 7 PM. Sunday,
November 12 is the Interpreted Mass and coffee hour. St. Patricks
Knights of Columbus are holding their annual family dinner on
Sunday, November 12 ath the American Legion Post in Cam-
bridge. The social hour is 3 PM with dinner following at 4.
Choices are prime rib ($19) ir stuffed chicken breast ($16). The
Very Reverend Zelker will be the guest speaker. Contact Bob

Holy Cross Tues. at 6:30 PM. The Salem Food Pantry is in need
of soups, canned pastas, and tuna fish.
THE OLDE SARATOGA SENIOR NEXT LUNCHEON will
be on Wednesday, Nov. 1 at noon at the Town Hall, Spring St.,
Schuylerville. It will be in honor of our veterans. All veterans
are invited. Entertainment will be Don Young. This will be a
casserole luncheon. Hope to see everyone there including our

STILLWATER UNITED CHURCH VENDOR
FAIRStillwater United Church, 747 Hudson Ave, is holding a
Vendor Fair on Saturday, November 18th from 10-2 in the
churchs Fellowship Hall. Some of the vendors include LuLaRoe,
Tupperware, Usborne, Halfmoon Massage, Books by Darrin
Renner, Old Saratoga Naturals, One Hope, Norwex, Thirty-One,
LipSense and many more. Get a jump-start on your holiday shop-
ping and shop local. Lunch will be available. Free Admission

The 2018 Town of Saratoga calendars featuring pictures from
days gone by in the villages of Schuylerville and Victory and in
the surrounding areas are now available. Calendar pages are
sprinkled with close to 150 historical tidbits. You can see the
Lohnes Bros. delivery truck for the Banner Store in Quaker
Springs, high school students in Brigadoon in 1966, a 1937 Ford
driven by Willy Griffen at the Hudson River Speedway, and the
Quaker Springs United Methodist Church congregation in 1994
as they celebrated the 150th anniversary of the church. You will
learn that fire destroyed the Theater Bar on Broad Street in 1984,
the Dutch Reformed Church in 1831, and the four story Windsor
Hotel on Broad Street in 1916, and that the Schuylerville El-
ementary School was recognized nationally as a Green Ribbon
School, and much more. Calendars may be purchased for $5.00
in Schuylerville at Byrons Market, Revolution Cafe, Saratoga
Apple, Schuylerville Public Library and at the Town Clerks of-
fice or at Olde Saratoga Home and Garden on Route 29 and
from Marion DeHeer and Pat Peck, members of the Old Saratoga
