Levels I-III -- Pocket Chart

Use a pocket chart and laminated word strips with students to match words to
their pictures. If you dont have a pocket chart, you can lay them out on a table.

Review vocabulary orally.


Take one pictureask Whats this? How do you spell that? Then write it
out on the word strip, or have the student write it.
Repeat with all pictures.
Then, mix up the word strips and pictures and have the student match them
on their own.
