Reflections on Observation Task 4: Development of Early Writing Skills

1. What are developmental writing stages the majority of the students in?

The majority of the students are in a good stage in writing, they learn how to write fast, but few
of them have mental problems which is they dont listen to the instructions and apply it quickly,
you need to repeat it till they get it.

2. Describe and explain two (2) suggested strategies that the teacher can use to help the
majority of the students within their developmental writing stage.

- Since they dont have technology, the teacher use a small white board she write
the letter with the children, show it to them, teach them how to spell it, and
describe it more with an action.
- She also have some tracing papers to check their knowledge level and make sure
that they have learned.
