At your convenience, could you forward the Commonwealth's Objection to my motion heard yesterday. I'd
like to be informed in writing what their claim is. So they're not just saying whatever they want about me in
my absence, without the opportunity to defend their false claims.

Steven Rand's Identification is exculpatory evidence. Not as if Steven Rand isn't aware he had no badge
when he lied about being a federal agent with 2 separate agencies.

Judge Kelly heard the motion today. It was allowed in part and denied in part. You have to check in with
probation 1x per month (in person) instead of every 2 weeks. You need to check in with probation by
phone every 2 weeks. So, since you checked in yesterday, technically you wont need to check in with
them again in person until a month from yesterday (however, with court on the 29th, might as well get the
next check- in over with on 9/29). In 2 weeks, youll need to give them a call by phone to check in.
Catch my drift? 1x per month in person, every 2 weeks by phone.

So, you dont have to appear in person at the courthouse again until 9/29, call them in the interim. On
that date they will have you sign new conditions incorporating the new changes. I know it doesnt make
things 100% better, but its the best I can do for now.
