Using a suitable word processor create the table below and implement the alterations
illustrated below it.

a. Create a macro that will record the company name as ABL Jamaica Ltd. The
following formatting features should be applied.
i. Bold
ii. Center
iii. Font type: Baskerville Old Face
iv. Font size: 18 (4 Marks)
b. Insert a drop down list at gender to include the selections Male and Female.

c. Insert a drop down list box at the relationship field to include the selections:

d. In the date field add a date Picker feature to allow the applicant to select a date from a
