MS. MINA LOPEZ:

We write to you in relation to your Contract of Lease and your unpaid rentals in
the total amount of PESOS: ELEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (Php
11,500.00) for 27 October 2015 to 26 November 2015.

Despite repeated demands for you to pay the aforesaid amount, you have failed
and refused, and continue to fail and refuse, to pay the amount of PESOS: ELEVEN
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (Php 11,500.00).

In view of the foregoing, final demand is hereby made upon you to pay the
amount of PESOS: ELEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (Php 11,500.00) within
five (5) calendar days from your receipt hereof. We shall construe your silence and
inaction to mean willingness on your part to meet whatever legal action we will take
against you.
