With the help of statistical data provided, the store needs to improve perhaps on their customer service

because the data showed the number of very happy customer is equal to very unhappy customer. In
order to increase their sales the store must prioritize their customer satisfaction. It can be concluded
that the customers preferred to buy wooden furniture than MDF furniture. Thus, the store can increase
the production for FType of MDF. As for the marketing strategy, the store can enhance their marketing
on social media because it gets the least feedback (11%) from the customers. They need to maintain
their marketing strategy through store visit as it showed that most of the customer (20%) preferred to
visit the store before purchasing any item.

In addition, the store also can look at other factor like total disposable income of the respondent for the
purpose of determining the target customer. The assumption made by the stores owner about the
biggest shopper segment established adults above 40 with disposable income between $80,001-
$100,000 per year is not true because there are only 23 people out of 293 respondents. Therefore, it
does not make sense if it is consider as the biggest shopper segment.
