Comments:

1. In Esteem, the finishes load is 1.2kN/m2 while manual calculation is using 0.75kN/m2 which
affect the moment are different from each other.

2. In Esteem, it is using Fc = k1 b x / 1000 to calcculate As required, which manual


calculation is using Mu/0.87 fyk z to calculate As required.

3. For calculate the moment, Esteem use Fc (d - k2 x) / 1000 but in manual use x1 Wd
Lx2 which also affect the differences between each others.
