Helmabu gua palika ko administration office is located at ward no 2, kiul bagar in kuil. Its has its
chairman and deputy chairwoman and all the ward adhksha and members of each wards.

Chairman:- The chairman is constituinal head of Gau palika as per new local level administration system
of Nepal. He has the executive powers. Nima Gyaljen sherpa (hyolmo) is the chairman of Helambu gaun
palika. He is elected is local level election a held in baisakh 31, 2074.

Deputy chairman:-As per as new local level system of nepal, this post is reserved for females. and
Kopila pandit is deputy chairman of helambu gau palika.

ward no 1

ward no.1:- helambu VDC is now ward no 1 of helambu gau palika. the office of the helambu gau palika
is in Kharchung. The current ward adhaksah is Mingmar lama. as per as new system there is elected
members in a ward beside ward adhaksha .They are as follows.

1. female member is jhangmu sherpa.

2. dalit female member is shanti maya sunar.

3. first member is nima dorje sherpa.

4. Second member is Renjen Hyolmo.

ward no 2.

ward no 2:- Kiul village devlopment committee is ward no 2 of Helambu gau palika. The office of the Kuil
ward no 2, kiul office is in kuil bagar. The ward no 2 adhakha is chhring gyalbo lama.

2. dalit female member is savitra sunar.

3. first member is arjun b. joti.

4. Second member is bhavnath joti.

ward no 3.

ward no.3:- Palchok VDC is now ward no 3 of helambu gau palika. the office of the helambu gau palika is
in palchok danda. The current ward adhaksh is chhring lama.

1. female member is Mina Bhujel.

2. dalit female member is manju nepali.

3. first member is Gopal giri.

4. Second member is Damai singh tamang.

ward no 4.

ward no.4:- mahankal VDC is word no now ward no 4of helambu gau palika. the office of the helambu
gau palika is in Gyulthum. The current ward adhaksh is Raj Kumar lamichhane.

1. female member is Shanti lamichhane.

2. dalit female member is sant maya sunar.

3. first member is buddiman tamang.

4. Second member is Malan singh tamang.

ward no 5.

ward no.5:- mahankal VDC is now ward no 5of helambu gau palika. the office of the helambu gau palika
is in Gyulthum. The current ward adhaksah is hark bahadur tamang.

1. female member is moti tamang.

2. first member is phoorpa lama.

3. Second member is birjeet tamang.

(due to no dalit in this ward therefore no dalit member in the ward)

ward no6.

ward no 6:- mahankal VDC is now ward no 4 of helambu gau palika. the office of the helambu gau palika
is in Gyulthum. The current ward adhaksah is suku ram tamang.

1. female member is shubhdra devi gajurel.

2. dalit female member is kamla sonar.

3. first member is gyamjo tamang.

4. Second member is raj Kumar sonar.

ward no 7.

ward no.7:- Ichok VDC is now ward no 7 of helambu gau palika. the office of the helambu gau palika is in
Gyulthum. The current ward adhaksah is khetnath ghimire.

1. female member is sanu kanchhi tamang.

2. dalit female member is laxmi bisange.

3. first member is jit bahadur tamang.

4. Second member is mingmar tamang.
