Information and Technology to vast range of customer from individuals to organizations. Our goals is
to help society especially business organization that are still doing their operation by the traditional
ways from day to day towards the new and latest advancement in the fields of Information and
Technology that can increase their efficiency and profits in doing their business without losing their
authenticity and still be parallel with the organization vision and missions. Our customer will be
guided by our staff until their can adjust themselves to the new environment to make sure the can
operate to their full potential in their daily business.

PROBLEMS FACE BY MTC EXPRESS

MTC Express have several problems that they have been facing for several years and all their
alternative seems like to be not working. The problem that MTC Express are facing is inefficiency in
their selling of tickets, lack of profits and fake and overpriced tickets are sell by unauthorized person.

Financial MTC Express will achieve an increase of 20% in profit by the first
year of implementing our purposed alternatives
Customer Within 3 months of the completion of the projects customer
satisfactory level increase and lot of positive feedback received
from customer
Operational Social Customer and MTC staffs will be able to use and fully utilised the
purposed alternatives

MTC Express goals are to make customers comfortable and ensuring their safety during the journey
to their desired destination while making sure MTC Express doing their business as efficient as
possible. As a target of impact, customer will be more comfortable while purchasing tickets in a
hustle-free environment. From financial perspective the introduction of our alternative will surely
generating more income towards MTC Express. The will be no more missing records of customer
since everything will be stored on cloud system compare to keeping records in books where they will
be many missing records due to the carelessness of the staff. Hence the efficiency of MTC Express in
running their business increase.
