In the end of the lesson students will be able to classify the name of members with their

Opening: In the opening I will be showing them video of family members, and after
showing them the video , they will be asked some questions based of the video. After
that I will relate the video to their life, where I will ask them about their family .

Practice Activities (use groupings as required) Time:__________________

Describe the activities and what the students will be doing. Consider differentiated
activities.

Teaching area : Activity 1-

1- First I will show them pictures of
family members , and ask them if
they know them ?
2- Stick the pictures on the boards .
3- Ask them about their duties for
example mom what she is doing
for as?
4- Show them flash cards of family
members names.
5- I will say them name , and then ask
they to say again with me.
1-Each group will get family tree that
have in it the names of members.
2- Students will get with the tree,
pictures of family members.
3- Students will paste the pictures and
will write their names student will be
allowed to copy the name from the
board.

6- I will ask one student to come to

the board and read the names of
members , and translate it in
Arabic.

7- One more student will come to

the board and I will ask her to
match the picture with the name .

After first activity, students will work in
their activity book, where they will be
copy the names of family members and
then match the picture with the name.
1- Each student will have a sticker.
2- On the sticker their will be name
of family member.
3- Student first will write her name
on the back of the stick.
4- Students will sort the names of
the members by their pictures on
the cups that will be front of
them.

Consider a review of what the students did during the practice activities and ensure
that all students are assessed for learning.

1- In closing I will show the pictures of family members, and I will say their
names and if the name is correct they will do the tums up , and if its wrongs
tums down and with correct the name.
