Samatha's plans are thorough and provided ample detail to support effective instruction. This was a definite area of improvement for
Samantha from my first school visit to the second. Plans were aligned with school and state standards, provided evidence of formative
and summative assessment as well as evidence of differentiation of instruction by learning style and readiness.

Samantha has a good grasp of classroom management. As her lessons progress in complexity and challenge and as she learns what
works best for managing group work, she will regain those small amounts of instructional time lost here and there. Overall, she is on
track and doing fine in this area.

Samantha is becoming a more recognized member of the instructional team at Atlantic Shores Christian School. She brings multiple
talents that will be an asset to her hiring school. She works well with students, her cooperating teacher, and the other school
employees.

Samantha shared one completed checklist for which she noted proficiency with Main Idea vs. Topics. She also provided evidence of
documentation via a chart showing student growth in math (ePortfolio assignment). This provides some evidence of documentation of
student progress. I encourage Samantha to continue ongoing documentation of students progress in all subject areas in order to provide
evidence that achievement goals have been met and that she is using these data to make instructional decisions toward student
success. Keep growing in this area.
