EXTENSION OF OFFICE HOURS ON SATURDAY MORNING FOR THE SUBMISSION AND PROCESSING
OF NEWLY HIRED TEACHING AND NON-TEACHING PERSONNEL SALARY CLAIMS

TO: All Newly-Hired Teachers and Non-Teaching Personnel


Elementary, Junior High & Senior High
(hired lost June 2016 until June 2017 and still not included in RPSU Payroll or without payslip)

Public Schools District Supervisors/District Coordinating Principals


School Principals/School Heads
Division Office Admin and Finance Personnel

1. To fastrack the processing of salary claims for all newly hired teaching and non-teaching personnel, this
office announces the extension of Office Hours on a Saturday morning from 8:00am to 12:00noon every
first or second Saturday of the month to receive and process only the following claims:

1.1. First Salary claims


1.2. Succeeding months' salary claims (not included in RPSU payroll/without payslip)

2. The extension of office hours shall only be one Saturday morning per month. The schedule below shall
strictly be followed in receiving and processing of the said claims:

3. Only the following personnel or claimants shall be entertained during the Saturday schedule:
3.1. Newly-Hired Teachers (Elementary, Junior High and Senior High) and newly hired non-teaching
personnel who: received their Advice Orders from June 2 0 1 6 - July 2017 not included in the Regional
Payroll Servicing Unit (RPSU) Payroll or those without Payslip.

4. Claimants for first salary shall submit all the documentary requirements in 3 sets/copies in 1 Folder filed
according to the following order:

4.1. Request Letter addressed to SDS stating the period to be claimed


4.2. Original Biometric printout with signature of the employee and the School Head
4.3. Permanent Appointment
4.4. Advice Order
4.5. First Day o f Service
4.6. Panunumpa sa Katungkulan with documentary stamps or duly notarized
4.7. Assets and Liabilities (SALN) as of December 31, 2016

for the month claimed
4.11. GSIS Business Policy (BP) Number (c/o Ms. Bahian o f Admin Section)
4.12. BIR Forms 2305 and 1902
4.13. Name and Contact Number printed on a sheet o f paper
4.14. Division Clearance (for transferee from other division or implementing units)
4.15. Certificate o f Last Payment (for transferee from other division or implementing units)

5. Claimants for succeeding month/s salary (after first salary claimed) shall submit the documentary
requirements in 3 sets/copies in 1 Folder filed according to the following order:

5.1. Request Letter addressed to SDS stating the period to be claimed


5.2. Original Biometric printout with signature of the employee and the School Head
5.3. Certification o f First Salary Received issued by the School Head that the claimant already claimed
and received his/her First Month Salary of his/her present position

6. To avoid delay in processing, the following instructions shall be observed:

6.1. All photocopies shall be authenticated/certified true copy from the original by the School Head.
6.2. Make sure all signatories are originally signed.
6.3. All documentary requirements are properly segregated in three (3) sets; Copy for School, Accounting
and COA filed in One (1) Folder per One (1) Claimant.
6.4. School finance staff (if present) shall help check and verify complete requirements prior to submission.
6.5. Claimants shall directly submit to the Division Office personnel on-duty on a Saturday morning
schedule.

7. The Admin and Finance Section personnel on-duty shall only receive claims with complete attachments
and documentary requirements. Claims with lacking documents and deficiencies shall be accommodated
the following month.
