UNITED STATES' MOTION TO UNSEAL CASE

COMES NOW, the United States of America, and files this Motion, and respectfully

advises this Honorable Court as follows:

1. On July 3, 2013, a Federal Grand Jury returned an indictment in the above-

captioned matter.

2. The indictment and case against this defendant is under seal.

3. This defendant was arrested in Venezuela and we are in the process of extraditing

him. In order to properly submit the extradition packet, we need the indictment and arrest

warrant to be unsealed.

4. As a result, we respectfully request that the case against this defendant be

unsealed forthwith.

WHEREFORE, the United States respectfully requests this Honorable Court to GRANT

the instant motion.
