SALARIES

The most important factor

Average salary: $ 8.00 to $ 12.00 per hour (entry level),
depending also on the job title.
Legal minimum salary: $ 7.00 per hour in most states

WORKING HOURS
May work full time or part time
Full time: 40 hours per week
Part time: 30 hours per week
Working hours:
Monday to Friday
9:00 am 6:00 pm
1 hour lunch break
Two 15 minute breaks

VACATIONS

Legally, US employers are not obliged to give their employees

paid vacation time.

New employees: as a rule of thumb, US workers who have

been employed with a company for a year can expect to get
around 10 paid vacation days.

As the employee continues to work, allowed holidays are

increased by one or two days every year.

 JOB SECURITY & COMPANY RULES

If ever the company or the employer decides that the employee

is no longer needed in service, they may freely terminate him
out of work.

Smoking is banned anywhere within the working environment.

If ever to do so, one is allowed outside the area or in their own
homes.

Insurances paid by the employers

Provision of cash benefits and medical care to the employee if ever any
injuries will incur that will result to disability due to work related
injury or accident

If the employee is injured, within 30 days the employee must file

a claim to the workers compensation and insurance of the
company.

2/3 of salary incase any injuries will occur

Provides income, medical expenses, vocational rehabilitation benefits
