1. We will save old report and configuration

2. We will check current alarm and status and save the screen shot
3. CHECKING RSL AND TX POWER BEFORE THE ACTIVITY
4. NODE IS RUNNING WITH SBL R32G108 AND RAU SOFTWARE WILL BE ALIGNED WITH THAT.
5. AMM 20PB IS COMPATIBLE WITH MMU 3A
6. WE WILL REMOVE MMU2H FROM SLOT NO 4 AND CLEAR RESERVATION.
7. WE WILL CHECK THE STATUS OF NODE.
8. If everything will be ok, we will insert MMU3A card in to node SLOT NO 4 as per new card insert Ericsson defined process and team
will use upgraded mini link craft version configuration 16A
9. Will check status of node again and check inventory of Node & make sure MMU3A is aligned with SBL R32G108
10. Will check DCN connectivity of node after activity
11. Will check status of sites with NOC.

9. Will check status of node again and check inventory of Node & make sure MMU3A is aligned with SBL R32M130
10. Will check status of sites with NOC

COMMON ACTIVITY

1. WE WILL REMOVE OLD RADIO AT BOTH SITE

2. WE WILL INSTALL NEW RADIO AT BOTH SITES
3. WE WILL ALIGN RADIO AS PER SBL
4. LINK CONFIGURATION AS PER PQ

11. Monitor the link performance

12. After complete upgrade activity, team will upload license as per Ericsson Guide line (File attached)
13. Team will check status of license in node and took print screen.
14. After complete the activity, team will save all new running configuration file with all print screen of configuration.
15. Team will call to NOC to check status of sites.

FOR VLAN ADDITION

1. We will configure the VLAN ID as per IP Plan up to the HUB site of the transmission chain
2. We will take ping test for the particular VLAN ID from local site, if port is free (mention TN port information)
3. After completing ping test team will revert back port status as precious
4. Untag the VLAN as previous
5. Team will not do any trouble shooting if Vlan id is not working
 6. We will check DCN connectivity if it has configured in old traffic node and working
7. After completing any Ethernet configurations changes, go to CLI mode and run "write" command to save configurations. Afterwards
run "show confirm timer" command. If it returns confirm timer is not running!, it means confirmation was saved successfully.
Otherwise save configurations again and dont disconnect from nodeuntil configurations are saved.

1. if MMU3A has some issue, team will take out card and restore the sites
2. if upgrade will make issue with other cards or active traffic, team will try to resolve the issue and if not possible, team will back to
old running software in node.
3. if any new PIU has some issue, team will take out card and restore the sites
4. In case of any interference with new frequency, team will inform to planning team and will stop our activity.
5. If there is huge difference in RSL, activity will revert back
6. Rollback to old configuration if anything goes wrong in TN
7. if any new critical alarm will appear and would not solve during the activity, will revert back the activity
8. If there is any mismatch in license, will revert back the activity and will inform to concern Ericsson person.
9. We will delete all newly added VLAN ID if there will be any loop in network because of new VLAN ID
