Right from the concept development phase to project completion, I have properly communicated

the essence of the project to all related team members. These time periods have helped me to
identify my weakness and the strength of the involved team members.

Different segment of the research work is assigned to different team members along with proper
guidance on the projects requirement. As a result, it has helped them to increase their efficiency
and achieve the desired output in a much better way than before.

Initially, I could not say much about the research project due to lack of information. So, after having
some information, I would be able to meet the clients requirement in a much better way.

While sample design, more inclusive approach has been followed, where possible effecting variables
of the project have been included which can be seen in recent proposals. In the same way,
relation between data have been presented in the better way which can be seen in Media Project.

I am always try to understand the clients project in their perspective. This has help me to
understand their requirement and what they would want from a research company. Due to which
there is continuous improvement in developing research proposals and projects.
