Dear Encik Jumaludin

We are pleased to confirm our Contract of Employment to you with Rodawira


Otomobil Sdn Bhd based at 102-H Jalan Hiliran, 20300 Kuala Terengganu,
Terengganu Darul Iman. Your appointment is subject to the following terms and
conditions stated hereinafter.

Employment is subject to the policies of the Company as may be promulgated,


modified or amended from time to time and the terms and conditions are set out
below.

1. POSITION

You have been offered the position of Sales Advisor. You will be reporting to
the Sales Manager.

2. EMPLOYMENT DATE

Your employment will commence on 02 October 2010.

3. BASE SALARY AND FIXED ALLOWANCES

Your monthly base salary will be RM400.00. Salaries are normally reviewed
annually and such pay increases are based on merit and performance in
accordance with our company policies.

Please note that confidentiality on staff salary should be maintained at all


times.

4. PROBATION PERIOD
You will serve a three (3) months probationary period, which may at the
discretion be extended for another period of three (3) months if it is deemed
necessary. Throughout your probationary term, your performance will be
evaluated and upon successful completion of your probationary period, you
will be confirmed in your position in writing.

5. TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT

After confirmation of employment, either you or the Company may terminate
this agreement by giving (1) month notice or salary payment in lieu to the
other party.

During your probation, termination of employment can be effected by either


party giving the other 24 hours notice.

6. BONUS AND INCREMENT

Annual bonus and incentives may be payable at the discretion of the


Company, subject to the profitability of the Department and the Company.

7. EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND (EPF) AND SOCSO

Your contribution being 11% of basic salary per month and the Company will
contribute 12% of your basic salary per month into the EPF for the period of
your employment with the Company, subject to any other changes in the EPF
Act.

The contribution for SOCSO shall be made as per statutory requirement of


The Employees Social Security Act 1969. This act covers you on the
Employment Injury Scheme and Invalidity Pension Scheme.

8. INCOME TAX

In accordance with Section 83 of the Income Tax Act 1967, your liability to
pay tax, if any will be deducted from your taxable income on a monthly basis.

9. WORKING HOURS

The current working hours are as follows:

Saturday to Thursday : 8.30am to 5.30pm/5.30pm - 10.00pm (rotation shift)


Friday : 9.00am to 12.00pm
Break : 1.00pm to 2.00pm/7.00pm 8.00pm

10. ANNUAL LEAVE

You will be entitled to Eight (8) working days paid leave for each completed
years of service. Annual leave will be pro-rated for any incomplete year of
service and can only be taken after three (3) months of confirmed service. For
the purpose of calculation leave entitlement, Friday will be counted as a full
working day. Carried over leave not consumed before March 31 of the
following year shall be forfeited.

11. SICK LEAVE

You will be eligible to sick leave in accordance to our company policies if you
are certified sick by a registered practitioner of our Company Panel Doctor or
Government Medical Doctor.

12. WORKING ON REST DAY OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

As and when you are required to work on any of your rest day/s or public
holiday/s, such day/s worked will be substituted with an off day/s in lieu.
No equivalent of cash payment will be made to you.

13. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

The Company shall observe all public holidays gazetted by the Federal
Government and the respective State Government where the employee
works.

14. TRANSFER

Depending on the exigencies of service, you may be transferred from one


business unit/department/division/subsection or company to another at the
sole discretion of the management and Board of Directors.

15. CONDUCT

You have to comply with all instruction and directions given by the
Company and faithfully observe all rules and regulations, procedures,
practices and arrangement of the Company. At all times, you are expected to
faithfully and diligently perform such duties and accept such responsibility
that may, from time to time be assigned by the Company and at all times to
endeavour to the utmost of your ability to promote the interest of the
Company.

16. DISMISSAL OF MISCONDUCT

At any time, should you be found guilty of misconduct and inconsistent with
fulfillment of the conditions of service, willful breach, continued neglect of
the terms and conditions of service which may subsequently be implemented,
then the Company may terminate your employment summarily without
notice or payment in accordance with our Company policy.

17. CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

As a full time employee of RODAWIRA OTOMOBIL SDN BHD, you


should avoid actual or apparent conflicts of interest outside the Company
which could be placed ahead of your obligation to the Company, that is, you
will devote your whole working time to the service of the Company and will
not engage in any other employment.

18. CONFIDENTIALITY

You will not disclose or divulge at any time to any external person, firm, or
corporation, any trade secrets or confidential information regarding the
business dealings or affairs of the Company to which you may become aware
or may have had access arising from your employment with the Company.

This obligation applies not only to keeping this information within the
Company but also to keeping it confidential within each business area of the
Company. In addition, this obligation applies during each employees period
of employment with the Company and, just importantly, after and employee

leaves employment. Maintaining confidentiality is a fundamental term of
employment.

19. ALTERATION AND ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT

This letter constitutes the written terms and conditions governing your
contract of employment with the Company. Will you please, therefore,
signify your acceptance of the terms contained within this letter by signing
and returning to me the duplicate contract. Any further adjustment in your
term and conditions of employment will be notified to you in writing as and
when it is deemed necessary by the management.

We are pleased that you have decided to join our Company and we hope that it will
be mutually beneficial association.

Encik Jumaludin Bin Mamat, we look forward to working with you to help us build
and develop Rodawira Otomobil Sdn Bhd.

Confirmation of Acceptance:

I, hereby confirm the acceptance of this appointment and all the stipulated terms and
conditions of employment. I am reporting for duty on 02nd October 2010.

I, hereby declare that I do not suffer from any serious medical conditions or
illness.

I also agree to open an account with RHB Bank within 30 days of starting
employment and my salary to be paid through RHB Bank
