The stage have two parts including main stage

and back functional room.

- The main stage part is like a half ball standing on a round base stage. It is a network structure with lots of inequality
triangles hollows in it.
- The inside structure of the stage part is like a sandwich biscuit - two metal warm light-yellow material and a LED strip light
between two metal material. And I use matte warm light-yellow plastic boards to cover the LED light to make the light looks
mind
- In the borderline of the ball, there is a hollow metal ribbon which can gather wires of the LED strip light.
- Size: The main stage is 3000mm high and 3200mm wide. The round stage base is 80 mm high.

- The structure of back functional room nearly the same as the main stage part, but smaller than the main stage.
- It contains an asexuality toilet and a small lounge. It is 12 square metres totally.
- The toilet is provided for passerby and performer. And the small lounge can be provided for performer to rest and store some performance equipment.
- SizeThe back functional room part is 2400mm high and 2700mm wide

Perspective 1.

The stage located in the center of

Perth city and near the Perth culture
center. It is especially provided for
street singers and someone playing
instrument in street. It can maximun
support 15 people performance
group in the stage.

My design of stage is like an egg.

As we all know, the origion of life is
an egg. An egg can give us lots of
probabilities.
I want to my stage can be like an
incubator, for these street singers, it
is a great place to show themselves.
And for the audience, they can get
close to different culture and different
types of performance when they
watching these free shows.

2 - Set a surface.
- Change the scale of the surface.
- Create triangular patterns on the
round surface.
- Change the scale of triangles.
- Bake out and trim from surface.

1 - Make a ball and a curve.

- Project the curve in a surface.
- Extrude the curve through the ball.
- Split the ball by extruding surface.

3 - Duplicate the edge of the first step half ball.

- Creat a rectangle and link the curve.
- Extrude the rectangle along the curve.
- Change the scale of triangles

- Offset the surface as a solid object

(distance = 2X)

- Offset the surface twice (not solid)
(distance = 0.33X and 0.66X)
- Split the thickness surface by two surface
