Resumen
Abstract
The parks and natural reserves constitute ecosystems where the diversity of plants and floral
visitors are preserved. The aim of our study was to describe the entomophilous plant
community and floral visitors present in three plots of one hectare each inside the Ernesto
Tornquist Provincial Park. In each plot we recorded the abundance of entomophilous plants
and the species of floral visitors foraging on plants. Finally, we identified the plant species
that interacted with agreater richness of floral visitor species and with extensive floral
phenologies which could be used at the surrounding crops of the region. We found 109 plant
species, 45 of which had interaction with 74 species of floral visitors. The Asteraceae were
the group of plants with most interactions recorded where Zexmenia buphthalmiflora and
Baccharis crispa had a higher number of visits and greater centrality in the interactions
network. Both species have potential for use as crop borders to preserve pollinators.
