I. Soy Milk

Objective: To determine if electrocoagulation could separate the components of Soy milk for the
production of Soy Cheese.

Material: Soy Milk

Parameters: Variation of Electrodes suitable for the components of Soy Milk


Variation of Time for electrocoagulation

II. Used Oil

Objective: To determine if electrocoagulation could purify used oil from street food vendors.

Material: Used Oil

Parameters: Variation of electrodes suitable for the components of the used oil
Variation of types of oil to be used
Variation of time for electrocoagulation

III. Powdered Juice Drinks

Objective: To determine the time it needs for the juice to separate the components.
To determine the effect of varying concentrations of powdered juice drinks in
electrocoagulation.

Material: Distilled Water; Powdered Juice

Parameters: Variation of electrodes suitable for the components of the used oil
Variation of the concentration of juice.
Variation of time for electrocoagulation
