The following outlines the terms of the employment agreement:

The compensation for this position will be $_______ annually. Your performance
and compensation will be reviewed annually.

Your employment is subject to a three-month probationary period. This period of

you. If the company decides to discontinue employment within this probationary
period, you will be entitled to reasonable notice as outlined in the Employment

employment may cease under any of the following circumstances:

1. You may resign from your employment by giving us not less than two weeks
notice in writing.
2. We may terminate your employment for just cause at any time without notice, pay
in lieu of notice, or severance pay, or other liability ; or

3. We may terminate your employment in our sole discretion without cause, by
providing you with written notice or pay in lieu of notice that complies with the
Employment Standards Act, 2000 (ESA). The notice provisions are:
Within the three month probationary period: no notice
Between three months and less than two years: one week
Two years or more and less than four years: two weeks
Four years or more and less than six years: four weeks
Six years or more and less than eight years: five weeks
Eight years or more and less than ten years: six weeks
Ten years or more: eight weeks

If your entitlement to notice and severance pay under the ESA exceed those set out
above, the provisions under the ESA will govern. Any payments made pursuant to the
above provisions are in full satisfaction of any amounts owing to you including statutory
entitlements and common law damages

by theinstructions given by the Company.You are entrusted with all sorts of works
of Little Wardrobe and youwill be held responsible for any act of omission and
commissionthereof during the tenure of your service.You must not divulge any
trade secret or confidential matter of theCompany during and after your
employment with us.You must not engage yourself in any gainful profession or
occupationor business during the tenure of your service.

9. Increment : You cannot claim any increment as a matter of right. This will be at
the sole and absolute discretion of the Management and will be basedon your
performance.

10. Transfer : Your services may be transferred at the discretion of the Company
toany other work place of the Company or its associates on the sameterms and
condition. You shall not be entitled to any other additionalbenefits on such
transfers.

11. Termination : The Company could terminate your employment after giving you
one
months notice or payment of one month Basic salary in lieu of the
notice period. Similarly if you wish to resign from the service of
Company, you will give the Company one months notice or forfeit
the payment of the Basic salary for one month in lieu of the noticeperiod.

Absence for a continuous period of 8 days without prior approval of your superior,
(including overstay on leave / training) would result inyou losing your lien on the
service and the Company will have thesole discretion on the same

that you have suppressed facts or havefurnished wrong information, this
