Sree: avg rate for testing is 85-90 k here

i found out

Raj: thanks

Sree: and ask ur company abt the health insurance

Raj: how much out of that will go for consultant

60:40 ratio

Sree: see there r 2 concepts here

one is fixed sal and percentage basis
so if u have a long term proj it is profitable if u go for percentage basis ie 8
0-2-
80-20
else fixed is better
insurance is some thing where some amt is deducted in ur sal like SSN fee, feder
al tax etc
Raj: ok

Sree: so ask employer if they have a proj

Raj: how abt fixed concept

Sree: if he says u will have to come here then we will look for some proj go for
fix sal

Raj: ok

Sree: the pay will be fixed and they will pay on bench also
and in percentage basis they wil not pay u on bench

Raj: ok then fixed is safe

Sree: yes , but if proj is long then percentage is profitable

Raj: okay
which do u prefer

Sree: long term proj then percentage

else fixed
as it is first proj and new entry in US go with fixed\\
lil safe
u can change to percentage later also

Raj: ok

Sree: if ur employer says 90k is sal ask for 100 u can settle for 95
negotiate like that
