2. His character and antecedents were verified and found good for
joining services of the Board.
4. He will submit original mark sheet for acquiring part time / full
time Diploma Course in Electrical / Electronics Engineering from
recognized institute for verification.

16. The Trainee and his legal heirs shall hold the employer immune from
all responsibility and liability for and shall have or make no claim, what so
ever, against the Board/Company for or otherwise on account of arising
directly or indirectly from any accident or cause, resulting injury to his
person or his death or otherwise in the course of or in connection with his
duties under training as a consequence of his negligence, lack of skill,
breach or disregard of rules and the due precaution, which are generally
observed by person engage in the Transmission & Distribution, on his own
part or on the part of any other persons whatsoever.
17. The Trainee will not appear in any examination, without prior written
permission, of the Board/Company. In case the Trainee is allowed to appear
in examination of part time Bachelor of Engineering / AMIE Course,
eligibility to apply for the post of AE will only be on completion of 4 years
of service as JE.
18. During the period of training, the Trainee shall abide by the conduct
rules of the Board /Company, as amended from time to time.
19. On satisfactory completion of training, the Trainee will be eligible to
be considered for appointment as Junior Engineer (T&D)
in the Revised pay structure applicable w.e.f. 1.1.06 as below :-

21. In the event the performance of the JE is not found satisfactory, even
during the extended probation period, the Board /Company will revert back
the employee to the post on which the employee was working prior to
appointment as JE (T&D)- Trainee.
22. The interse seniority of the JE (T&D) shall be decided based on their
performance in training, subsequent exams / tests / appraisal followed by
period of service rendered in previous cadre(s) and age, etc.
23. On successful completion of training, the JE(T&D)- Trainee shall be
posted as JE (T&D) during initial period of 3 years in rural area. During this
period, they may be transferred to other place as per the discretion and need
of the Company.
24. They will have lien on the earlier post for a period of 2 years within
which the option to revert back to the post on which they were working prior
to appointment as JE (T&D)- Trainee can be exercised.
25. There should be no Departmental Enquiry / Disciplinary action/
proceedings, Show Cause Notice, Charge Sheet, Civil/ Criminal Court case,
EOB, Lokayukta case contemplated against the employee concerned. He
should not be undergoing any punishment. In such a case where the
employee fails to fulfill the above criteria, the order may be deemed
cancelled.
26. The provisions of the Madhya Pradesh Lok Seva (Anusuchit Jatiyon,
Anusuchit Jan Jatiyon Aur Anya Pichhade Vargon Ke Liya Arakshan)
Adhiniyam, 1994 (No.21of 1994) and the Madhya Pradesh Public Service
(Promotion) Rules, 2002 and the instructions issued in the light of the
provisions of the said Act and Rules by the State Government as adopted by
the Board vide its Circular no. 01-13/3434/01 dated 5.1.2006 and Circular
no.01/13/ 3434 / 5 dated 20.2.2006 read with Circular no. 01-13 / 5585 / 76
dated 26.12.06 have been compiled with and the provisions of Sub-Section
(1) of Section-6 of the said Act have been taken in cognizance.

27. The employees, who have been selected under reserve quota has to
give an affidavit, as required as per Board’s Circular - 17 No.01-07/IV/11
dtd. 6.3.95 before joining as JE (T&D)- Trainee. In case they fail to submit
requisite certificate their appointment shall be cancelled.
28. This appointment is subject to final decision in Writ Petition No.
4346/08 and No. 4347/08 & other cases on similar matter pending in the
High Court.
29. If any question arises relating to the interpretation of any of the
provisions mentioned above, the decision of the MPSEB shall be final.
